This fall we're starting an additional health ministry program with the parents of the kids who attend the Mission. 

This program will empower the parents to further take control of their own and their children's destiny. 

Over the summer several parents have become consistent members of our Sunday worship service.  And the work first starts at home.

Young Men Taking Their  Rightful Place in the church.  We've been training our young men for a long time to step up and be the leaders we know they can be.

On the weekend of 8/14/2009, the Mission held its first "Young Women of Virtue Retreat".  The young women raised the money for the retreat themselves.  They held car washes, bake sales and other fund-raising events.

The goal of the retreat was to inspire sister unity and love.  The young women went skating, conducted Bible studies, dined together, had fun and grew in God's love.  To view photos from the retreat, click on the 'read more' link.
